BENGALURU: SBI chairman Dinesh Khara said on Tuesday that with inflation easing, things might look better towards the end of September. “The recent (retail inflation) numbers which came out was 6. 7%. Supply-side constraints are getting addressed, so the situation should improve going forward,” he said on Tuesday, after he inaugurated a branch for startups in Bengaluru. Khara said one of the important factors contributing to inflation is crude oil prices, and that has trended lower from its peak. SBI plans to open startup branches across the country.
