The FSDCC has written to the RPC president, informing them of the investigation and directing them to check the documents of the candidates and take appropriate action. The FSDCC checked with various universities and found that several candidates had produced fake diploma/degree documents.

Tenancy document sufficient for health licence
New Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) has decided to allow health licences for eateries on the basis of tenancy proof, a relief that hundreds of eateries and restaurants were waiting for. Licences for an establishment could be obtained only by the property owner, not the tenant running the eatery. The council has decided that tenancy documents will be sufficient to prove the occupancy of a place. Other than the tenancy proof, the other documents needed for the renewal of a health licence are a copy of previous permit, medical certificate of employees with photographs, nomination of the authorised signatory or applicant on the letter head, common undertaking in the format already uploaded on the modified unified portal, NOC from Delhi Fire Services and a filled affidavit in the prescribed format for provisionally giving health licence, the proposal said.
