Filing Of Nomination, Political Parties, Legal Cells, Starting Monday: Filing Of Nomination Starts Today | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Political parties have activated their legal cells to prepare error-free nominations of their candidates starting Monday.
None of the political parties wants to lose any nominations due to filing mistakes. Candidates have also started announcing their date and time for filing nominations. Former CM Vasundhara Raje will file her nomination on November 4.The last date for filing nominations is November 6 and to withdraw names is October 9
“Our legal team is in contact with every candidate. Our candidates have to accompany our appointed legal team, who will assist them in filling out the documents. It is unclear how many candidates will file their nominations on first day. It is up to them to decide based on their auspicious day,” said Laxmikant Bhardwaj, spokesperson of state BJP.

BJP gives ticket to daughter, but Gaurishankar Bisen files nomination
Gaurishankar Bisen, a veteran BJP leader and minister in the Shivraj Singh Chouhan cabinet, has filed his nomination from Balaghat constituency, where his daughter, Mausam, has already been given the party ticket. Bisen, who has never lost an election in Balaghat since 1985, stated that he filed the nomination as a “cover” as Mausam is currently unwell. However, the state BJP spokesperson clarified that Bisen is only a “dummy candidate” and that there have been no changes in the Balaghat candidate.

Nath offered prayers at temples and held a roadshow before addressing a public meeting.
