Sikar Police: Ringleader Held In Jewellery Loot Case | Jaipur News

On July 20, the audacious gang targeted six jewellery shops in the village of Momasar, ransacking valuable jewellery and items.
Carrying the stolen loot, the dacoits swiftly escaped, choosing a route that led them towards Churu and eventually Sikar, as stated by the district police.
On July 21, Makkhan Meena’s accomplice, Suresh (32), was shot dead in a police shootout. Authorities stated that Meena was the primary kingpin and the chief orchestrator.
The police mentioned that three individuals had previously been arrested in connection with this vehicle. Meena was reportedly invovled in thefts and robberies totalling more than Rs 50 lakh.
“He spent nearly 18 days hiding in hills and jungles to evade arrest. He is a notorious criminal with numerous cases of thefts and robberies against him,” an officer said.
