JAIPUR: The high court (HC) has asked the chief secretary to present an affidavit in the matter of making Jaipur a world-class city, telling what action has been taken to improve the city’s cleanliness, traffic, parking, and stray animal menace.
A division bench of CJ Pankaj Mitthal and Justice Shubha Mehta gave this order on a suo motu petition. Directing the municipal corporation, the court said that before presenting the affidavit, it should check the veracity of its facts.
