One such appreciation which recently came in Kangana’s film was from Ex CM of Himachal Pradesh –Shanta Kumar. Sharing the letter on her Instagram handle, the actress wrote, “Special letter from Ex Cm of Himachal Pradesh… Shri Shanta Kumar ji..
