Jaipur: Five years after a 27-year-old man was brutally murdered by a woman and her two accomplices, the district and sessions court in Jaipur on Thursday convicted the main accused, Priya Seth, and both her associates, Dikshant Kamra and Lakshya Walia, of the murder.
The deceased, Dushyant Sharma, had met Priya Seth through dating App ‘Tinder’, on which he posed as a ‘crorepati’.His body was found in a suitcase dumped near Kukas alongside the Jaipur-Delhi highway. The court did not accept the charge of kidnapping in this case. The court is likely to pronounce the quantum of punishment on Friday.
Seth and Kamra are in judicial custody and did not appear before the court when district judge Ajeet Kumar Hingar convicted them along with Lakshya Walia, who was present in the court. Soon after the verdict, Walia was taken into judicial custody.
