At the Pink Square Mall, the mayor checked the equipment installed for security of general public and fire system. There she found that no objection certificates for certain outlets were missing. During the inspection, she also checked various fire safety equipment installed at the mall to see if they are in working condition and found that some of the fire extinguishing cylinders had passed the expiry date and ordered them to be replaced immediately.
At the five-star hotel, Gurjar found that food items were kept out in the open, baking ingredients had expired, and vegetables were in rotten condition.
