Job Hunting: Minor Gives Birth At Govt Hospital, Police Investigate | Jaipur News

Jaipur: On Wednesday, a minor girl gave birth to a boy at a government hospital in the city, said police officials.

On receiving the information, a team from Jyoti Nagar police station reached the hospital and met with the minor’s family members and started investigating the matter.
“On Wednesday, we learnt that a minor girl, whose parents are migrant workers, gave birth to a boy in a government hospital. A relative visited the family from Ahmedabad in January and the minor had not informed the parents about the issue. We are investigating the matter and statements will be taken,” said Anil Moond, SHO Jyothi Nagar police station.

Officials said that the minor and the infant are under observation in hospital. TNN
