Kin Allege Murder Over Man’s Suspicious Death, Wife Among 3 Detained | Jaipur News

Jaisalmer: Family members lodged a case of murder and police took into custody the wife of a Pokhran man who had died in Jaipur, where he was living with his wife.
Police said that the body was brought to Pokhran on Friday and when Ram Singh, the uncle of the deceased, saw the body, he found that the bone of the neck was broken and there were serious injuries on the head and body, at which he lodged an FIR alleging murder. Udai Singh aka Dharam Singh, 40, a roadways employee, was living with his wife, Manju, in Chandpole area of Jaipur on rent. The couple had a love marriage in 2015. Manju informed Udai Singh’s family members on Friday morning that he had died of a heart attack the previous night.
Manju brought the body to Pokhran in a private vehicle along with the owner of their rented house and another person. When the family members saw the injuries on the body, they lodged an FIR.
Pokhran SHO Chunnilal reached the spot and with permission from the family members had a postmortem conducted. On Saturday, police took into custody Manju and the two others who came with her from Jaipur, the SHO said.
