Investigation into the circumstances at the coaching institutes where these students studied is still underway, said DSP Amar Singh, the circle officer of Jawahar Nagar police station area.
One student had died of jaundice in Jawahar Nagar police station area in October last year. Answering a question about the lapse of six months before the case was registered, the DSP said that the fixed procedure had to be followed before filing a case, which consumed time.
