Kota: Babus Should Be Afraid Of Ministers: Randhawa | Jaipur News
KOTA: Congress state in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa said it is not good that ministers and bureaucrats sit on the same sofa in their chambers and that officers should fear the government.
“Good governance can be delivered when there is fear of the government among bureaucrats,” he said, adding, “if the bureaucrats do not take party workers seriously, it is not good.”
Randhawawa was speaking on the sideline of the Samvad programme for Haath Se Haath Jodo Campaign in Kota on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Sangod Congress MLA Bharat Singh Kundanpur reached the event in a black outfit to lodge his protest on not removing state mining minister Pramod Jain Bhaya and taking action against illegal mining. He choose to sit in the last row and left the event after a while.
Speaking to the media, Kundanpur without naming Bhaya said he had been demanding to stop illegal mining carried out by the one who was deputed to guard and check the same. tnn
