Rajmata Gayatri: Rajmata’s Assets: Court Rejects Suit Of Grandkids | Jaipur News
Jaipur: The suit filed in 2010 on behalf of late Rajmata Gayatri Devi’s grandson Devraj Singh and granddaughter Lalitya for issuing the succession certificate (probate) of the Rajmata’s will in a case related to a property dispute of the former royal family of Jaipur was rejected by the ADJ court on Wednesday.
Despite the court’s orders to be present, the lawyers of Devraj and Lalitya did not turn up, prompting the court to reject the plea. Devraj and Lalitya had urged for the issue of a succession certificate regarding the purported will dated May 10, 2009, to consider them entitled to the Rajmata’s properties.
