Fir: Fir Against Md After Employee Ends Life | Jaipur News
JAIPUR: The Jaipur police registered an FIR against the Managing Director (MD) of a company after a 23-year-old employee committed suicide in the city.
The police said that the deceased Mohit Singh worked as a regional in-charge of a company in the city since 2020. He ended his life on March 19 and left a suicide note in which he blamed the company’s MD for torture.
The FIR was registered on Monday, in which the deceased’s father alleged that his son had also discovered a banking fraud.
The FIR also states that Singh was being forced to resign against his wish at a farmhouse in Faridabad. “The deceased’s father had filed a complaint and we registered the FIR under IPC Section (abetment of suicide), and 120B (criminal conspiracy). The family has also handed over the suicide note for evidence,” said the official. The police said that the case is under probe. tnn
