Nana Patekar, Yogi Adityanath, Bobby Deol and other celebs join Sunny Deol and Gadar 2 team at the special screening | Hindi Movie News

Anil Sharma’s directorial Gadar 2 starring Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel has hit the theatres on Friday and the team has been receiving appreciation from fans and critics. A special screening was hosted by the team for Bollywood celebrities in Mumbai. It was attended by Nana Patekar, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Sunny Deol’s son Rajveer Deol, Bobby Deol and wife Tanya Deol, Subhash Ghai, Aditi Govitrikar and Jackie Shroff among others.

With amazing performances and powerful dialogues, and the iconic hand pump, the film showcased Tara Singh and Sakeena’s legacy, set amidst the tumultuous ‘Crush India Movement’ of 1971 and Tara Singh going all the way to Pakistan to save his kid, Charan Jeet Singh (played by Utkrash Sharma) from the Pakistani Army.
Before releasing the official teaser online, the makers of the film attached the teaser with Gadar: Ek Prem Katha which was re-released in the theatres on June 9.The film had sold over 20 lakh tickets in its advcance booking phase and going by the reponse and the extended weekend because of Independence Day, the film is expected to set new records at the box office.
