Jaipur: The National Commission for Scheduled Tribes (NCST) has sought an action taken report from the chief secretary and DGP on suicide of a man who blamed cabinet minister Mahesh Joshi, among others, for his extreme step. NCST said it has taken suo motu cognizance of the matter and decided to investigate it. tnn
