Vikramjeet Singh, a close aide of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, had a lookout notice (LON) issued against him by the Rajasthan police.
Sources revealed that the accused hails from Hanumangarh district and is listed among the criminals wanted by agencies for their involvement in the murder of singer Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, also known as Sidhu Moose Wala.
According to the NIA, a total of 11 different agencies, including those from Delhi, Haryana, and Rajasthan, had issued lookout notices against the accused, Vikramjeet Singh. Police also mentioned that Singh was wanted in several cases in Rajasthan.
The NIA stated on Wednesday that Vikramjeet Singh had been aiding and supporting the Lawrence Bishnoi gang in carrying out target killings and extortion activities across Rajasthan, Haryana, and Punjab.
As per sources, Vikramjeet Singh played a crucial role in providing logistical support to the gang. The agency also revealed that Lawrence Bishnoi had transferred money to Singh through Hawala channels on multiple occasions.
