Jaipur: A day after holding a massive protest demanding district status for the twin towns of Sambhar and Phulera, the organisation that mobilised support for the demand said on Monday that it has called off the protest till June 30. Leaders of Sambhar-Phulera Zila Sangarsh Samiti asked the protestors to wait for their next announcement as they hope the government would listen to them. DD Kumawat, convenor of the samiti, said 62 protestors who were arrested were bailed out on Monday. TNN
