Poisoning: Barmer Woman ‘poisoned’, Dies | Jaipur News

Jaisalmer: A married woman died allegedly from poisoning while undergoing treatment at Barmer district hospital on Tuesday. Amanat, a resident of Pandhi Ka Pad village in Ramsar police station area, was first taken to Ramsar hospital and from there referred to the district hospital. Her father lodged a report against her husband, father-in-law and others, alleging that they harassed her for dowry and had killed her by giving her poison. The Ramsar deputy SP has been given the investigation of the case. The woman had a 3-year-old daughter.
