Polls: Won’t Contest Polls, Says Beniwal’s Brother | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Khinvsar sitting MLA Narayan Beniwal, who made way for his elder brother and Rahtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) chief Hanuman Beniwal to contest from the assembly seat, said ‘he wouldn’t contest the polls this time, and would work to strengthen the party organization’. “The seat originally belonged to Bhaisaab (Hanuman Beniwal),” he said.
“I will not contest elections.There are many other responsibilities. I was a management student. I will work towards strengthening the party organization and effectively manage the poll campaign,” said Beniwal.
Former BJP MLAs Jalam Singh Rawlot and Tarun Rai Kaga, who joined RLP on Sunday, were given tickets from Shiv and Chohtan, respectively, on Sunday.

Sharmila expressed her respect for the Congress party and her desire to avoid splitting their votes, which could benefit the ruling BRS party. She also mentioned her previous discussions with the Congress high command about a possible merger or alliance, which did not materialize.
MIM to contest nine seats, drops 2 MLAs
The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) will contest from nine assembly constituencies, an increase from the eight seats it contested in the previous election. The party chief, Asadudddin Owaisi, announced candidates for six of the nine seats, with the remaining candidates to be named soon. It is worth noting that the AIMIM is only contesting from constituencies within Greater Hyderabad and not from those outside the region.
