Bjp Passes 20-point Political Resolution Against Congress | Jaipur News
Jaipur: In an apparent move to brace the party men for assembly elections due later this year, the BJP has passed a 20-point ‘political’ resolution against the Congress government directing its leaders to take the charter to all the state voters. The resolution was announced during the state working committee meeting held at a private hotel here on Monday.
Exam paper leaks that rattled the youths in the state top the list of issues. “So far, 16 recruitment paper exams have been leaked since this government came to power. It has not allowed a full and fair investigation into paper leaks to save Congress leaders from getting exposed. Even Congress’s Sachin Pilot claimed that papers can’t be leaked without the support of someone in the government. Our party demands a CBI inquiry into the case,” said BJP state chief Satish Poonia.
The second resolution talks about the government’s alleged betrayal of a promise of granting permanent status to contractual employees. “The contractual employees across all departments have been left to fend for themselves. The government has shown the exit door to even the medical support staff hired during Covid-19. The hollow claim of unemployment allowance never reached the beneficiaries,” said Vasudev Devnani, at a press conference held after the working committee meeting.
Devnani described the Congress government as “an epitome of minority appeasement”.
