Rajasthan govt delays RBSE Class 12 practical tests | Jaipur News

JAIPUR: The state government on Thursday decided to postpone the RBSE practical board examination for Class 12 until further orders.
Due to the increasing Covid cases in the state, the government has taken the decision as around 25 districts are under the red zone currently.
School education minister BD Kalla said, “Considering the rising number of COvid in the state, we decided to postpone the Class 12 practical board examination until further orders. Any decision will be taken in February.”
RBSE board exam will begin from March 3, 2022, following the Covid guidelines as per the earlier government orders.
Meanwhile, the government will monitor the corona scenario in the state before finally conducting the exam.
The education minister, BD Kalla, had said that more than 20 lakh students will appear in the board examination at 6,074 centers.
To ensure physical distance at all centers, candidates less than its capacity will be accommodated with arrangements for masks and sanitisers.
