Jaipur: Mahua district hospital’s principal medical officer and a radiologist and a radiographer were suspended after being found guilty of irregularities in silicosis certification. An FIR will also be lodged against the culprits on behalf of the health department and a chargesheet is being prepared against them, said a senior health department official on Saturday. Dr Dinesh Meena, who is in charge of the Mahua district hospital, and radiologist Dr Suresh Kumar Saini and radiographer Lokendra Singh Gurjar were suspended after a headquarter-level inquiry committee found them to be guilty, said Dr Ravi Prakash Mathur, director (public health), state health department.tnn
