Rajasthan high court seeks info on children treated for rare diseases | Jaipur News

JAIPUR: High court had directed the state government to file an affidavit in which it had provided treatment to children suffering from rare diseases and the children who were not able to get treatment.
The court allowed one week’s time to file an affidavit by the petitioner indicating the name of the patients who have not been given treatment despite directions of the court.
The division bench of Chief Justice Indrajit Mahanty and Manoj Kumar Vyas gave the direction on a petition by Zamil, a resident of Churu.
