BSF Personnel: BSF Personnel on High Alert in Four Border Districts in Jaisalmer – Assembly Elections in Rajasthan | Jaipur News

Jaisalmer: In view of voting for the assembly elections being held in Rajasthan on Saturday, the Border Security Force deployed on the international border with Pakistan along with Jaisalmer, Sriganganagar, Bikaner and Barmer districts has been put on high alert.
Recently, Prime Minister, home minister and VVIPs were seen reaching the election meetings in the border districts during election campaign and any kind of undesirable infiltration and other anti-national activities from across the border have to be checked.
Instructions have been given to all BSF officers to reach the border.
According to the information from the official sources of BSF, BSF and police check posts in four border districts including Jaisalmer, Barmer, Sriganganagar and Bikaner and the police in border areas have been put on high alert along with the entire border of Rajasthan looking to the polls on November 25.
According to the sources, BSF has deployed additional forces at the sensitive border outposts.
Apart from this, strict watch is being kept on the activities going across the border. Strict vigilance is being kept on the border through many technical gadgets and foot and vehicle patrolling has been increased. An early warning system has been put on the fencing which includes a large number of jingle bills and bottles so in case of intrusion, BSF troops will get alert through noise.
