Election: Annual Elections for Office-Bearers of Courts in Jaipur – 2023-24 | Jaipur News

Jaipur: The annual elections of office-bearers for 2023-24 for the High Court Bar Association, Jaipur, The Bar Association, Jaipur and the District Advocates Bar Association, Jaipur, Sanganer Bar Association and other bar associations in the state would be held on Friday.
For the first time in the elections of High Court Bar Association and The Bar Association Jaipur, voters will cast their vote through e-voter slip and the slip will be sent to the voters on their mobile phones only.A total of 4,660 voters will exercise their franchise in High Court Bar Association Jaipur, 5,473 in The Bar Association Jaipur, 1,412 in The District Bar Association Jaipur and 356 in Sanganer Bar Association. In the HC Bar Association Jaipur, five candidates are in the fray for the post of president and eight for the post of general secretary: High Court Bar Association, said Mahendra Kumar Kaushik, Jaipur Operating Officer.
The elections for all these posts would be held from 9am to 5pm, said officials.
