Now, netizens have dug up an old interview of SRK where he is seen speaking about wanting to play an older guy with a grey beard on screen. He said in the interview that he wants to do a film like ‘Leon: The Professional’ where he gets to play the role of an older and intense guy with a grey beard and grey hair.
Elaborating further, SRK added that he is just being very playful about it.
He added that he doesn’t take the characters and roles that he does. The superstar also went on to say that he is a Batman at night, Superman in the morning and Spider-Man in the afternoon. He just wants to play all kinds of characters.
Shah Rukh plays an older character named Vikram who sports a grey beard. His look from the film has been getting a lot of attention on social media.
The film, which released on September 7, also stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in lead roles. The film also features actors like Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani and Ridhi Dogra in key roles. The film also boasted of special cameos by Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt.
