JAIPUR: All India Congress Committee’s Rajasthan in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa has issued a letter warning the rebels who are in the fray to retire in favour of the official candidates or face action. He warned that if they do not retire, the party will be forced to act against them. There are at least 20 rebels still in the fray seriously challenging the official nominees.

The BJP also condemned the recent rape of a minor in Dausa and questioned the government’s handling of such incidents. The Rajasthan Assembly elections are scheduled for November 25, with results to be announced on December 3.
