Minor Boy: Four Arrested For Abducting Minor Boy For ₹20k Ransom | Jaipur News

JAIPUR: The Jaipur police on Friday arrested four members of a gang who allegedly abducted a 15-year-old boy and demanded a ransom of Rs 20,000 from his parents.
DCP (East) Gyan Chandra Yadav said that the police safely rescued the minor from the accused.
He said that the accused have been identified as Salman Khan (22), Sarjeet (62), Ram Phool Gurjar (26), and Shahrukh (18).
“A woman had filed a complaint at the Kho Nagoriyan police station on Thursday that some accused abducted his son while he had gone to the market,” Yadav said, adding that parents said that they searched for their son all over the market but could not found him.
The police said that the accused had abducted the minor into a car and fled from the scene. At 11pm, the accused called the family and told them to arrange a sum of Rs 20,000 if they wanted to see their son again.
The accused also instructed the family to come to the Ring Road with the money. The family had also gone to the Ring Road but the accused did not turn up.
The police were informed of the incident and multiple teams fanned out in different directions and arrested the gang members.
Yadav said that the police searched over a dozen CCTVs, and rounded up several suspects in order to arrest the gang. “We arrested the accused and safely rescued the minor from the captivity. The accused are being probed about their previous criminal records,” he said. TNN
