Theft: Thieves Steal Atm With ₹35l | Jaipur News

JAIPUR: Thieves stole an unguarded State Bank of India (SBI) ATM machine containing Rs 35 lakh from Gopalgarh police station area in Bharatpur. The theft is said to have occurred early on Sunday, as reported by local police.
The incident came to light in the morning when local residents noticed the broken shutter of the ATM kiosk. They informed police, who are now in the process of collecting evidence and reviewing CCTV footage to identify the culprits.
The thieves used a rope to uproot the ATM. A case has been registered against unidentified thieves.
A police officer said, “Bank officials were called to determine the exact amount of cash stolen. There was no security guard present at the kiosk during the theft. The guard remains at the ATM booth till 10pm, after which the booth is left unattended.”
