Traffic Restrictions: Traffic Restrictions On Jln Marg For Ganesh Chaturthi |
Jaipur: Traffic movement will be restricted from the JDA crossing to Trimurti Circle on JLN Marg on Tuesday and Wednesday on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. Traffic will also be restricted on Taktshahi Road connecting the RBI tiraha on Tonk Road and JLN Marg.
“On the occasion of the Ganesh Chaturthi festival, there would be a fair organized near the Ganesh Mandir on Moti Doongri Road. We are anticipating a huge rush at the temple and at the fair venue. We have decided to restrict traffic on the adjacent stretches,” said DCP traffic Prahlad Singh Krishnia on Monday.
The Jaipur traffic police have also made SOS arrangements in case the rush increases. In emergency situation, vehicle movement will not be allowed from Narayan Singh Circle to Trimurti Circle, the DCP said.
Roadways and private buses would be diverted to Chomu Tiraha and Panipench from the highway via Kukas Road to reach the Sindhi Camp bus stand. TNN
