Nandishala To Be Set Up In Each Panchayat Of Jaipur Soon | Jaipur News
Jaipur: The state animal husbandry department is all set to establish Nandishala in evry panchayat of the Jaipur district under the Nandishala Jan Sahabhagita Yojana of the department. These shelters would come to resolve the problems arising out of the increasing number of destitute stray male cows. “Under the scheme, the work of selection of institutions has been started who would run the Nandishalas in Jobner, Kishangarh-Renwal, Sambhar Lake and Maujmabad panchayat committees. Applications for the remaining 15 Panchayat Samitis, will start from February 13,” said Joint Director of Animal Husbandry Department Dr. Praveen Kumar.
Martyr’s Day: Like every year, this year also on January 30, 2023, a collective silence of 2 minutes will be observed at 11 am to mark the Martyr’s Day. The district administration will use nine sirens at eight places in the district for broadcasting silent signals. The first siren will sound at 10.59 am to mark the beginning of silence. At the end of 2 minutes of silence, the siren will be sounded for the second time at 11.02 minutes to signal the end of silence.
