Jaipur: Chief minister Ashok Gehlot has sanctioned an extra allocation of Rs 125.80 crore for the procurement of uniforms for children attending anganwadi centres across the state. The uniforms will be distributed to children aged between three and six years at these centres. Each child will receive two sets of readymade uniforms, comprising two T-shirts and two pairs of pants. With over 62,000 anganwadi centres in the state, uniforms will be provided to about 16.89 lakh kids. TNN
