Jaipur: Rajasthan Raiders kabaddi team unveiled its official jersey and anthem for the forthcoming Women’s Kabaddi League (WKL) here on Saturday. The WKL will be held in Dubai from June 16 to 30. This ambitious league features 120 players from across the country. Eight different franchises will vie for the top honours in Dubai later this month.
Satish Patidar, director and CEO, Rajasthan Raiders, said in a press conference that, Rajasthan Raiders is one of the strongest teams in the WKL in this season. It has many national and state level kabaddi players in the team.
“Rajasthan Raiders is backed by a qualified and magnificent coaching staff who have national-level coaching experience. Keshav Mishra, the head coach for Rajasthan Raiders, comes with a deep understanding of the game and strategic acumen,” said owner of the team Neeraj Sharma.
Ravita Fauzdar, assistant coach and Seema Taxak, physiotherapist, came with vast experience in Kabaddi. This trio of coaches will be giving the team strong training and guidance. Led by dynamic captain Raman, the team has exceptional qualities of athletics who are eager to showcase their talent in the upcoming season.tnn
