World Cup: Beniwal Launches Rlp’s Yatra, Says He Fights Both Modi And Gehlot | Jaipur News

Jaipur: The Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) chief Hanuman Beniwal, who launched the party’s ‘Satta Sankalp Yatra’ – with the motto of “Vyavastha Parivartan Ke Liye” (‘for changing the system’) – after offering prayers at Salasar Balaji temple in Churu district on Thursday, said he is the “only leader fighting against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and chief minister Ashok Gehlot” in Rajasthan.
Beniwal also held a roadshow from Salasar to Sujangarh via Lodhsar and said the yatra will travel through all the assembly constituencies of the state, while eyeing a target of 80 to 90 seats in Rajasthan. “I am conducting surveys. We will distribute tickets based on winnability. No ticket is final yet. There will be a tsunami of RLP in the state this time while BJP and Congress will be washed out,” he said.
Beniwal took a dig at former Nagaur MP Jyoti Mirdha for joining BJP and said that she joined the party due to the fear of enforcement directorate (ED) and CBI.
Taking on the Congress government in the state on the issues of crime, unemployment and corruption, Beniwal said, “22% of the total rape cases in the country are registered in Rajasthan. According to a police report, 448 cases of crime against children have been registered in the state in the past 10 years,” said Beniwal. “The increase in crimes in the state is a matter of concern. As per NCRB, 17 women are raped in the state each day. The CM said Rajasthan ranks No. 5 in the country in crime rate, and not No.1. I said, ‘you will make the state to No. 1 in crime if the situation continues,” he said.
