Man narrowly escapes death in brutal stabbing incident in Rajasthan’s Tonk district | Jaipur News
The incident took place on Saturday morning in Chaksu, when an assailant attacked him with a 22cm-long knife that had a sharp edge in a zigzag shape.

Akash Meena, a resident of village Jhalara under Uniara police station, was the victim of this brutal assault.
At around 11am on Saturday, the attack occurred, and after receiving initial treatment at a local hospital, the patient was later transferred to Sawai Man Singh (SMS) Hospital.
It was around 3pm when he arrived at the hospital for further medical assistance. Under the supervision of Dr. Rajendra Bagree, a team of surgeons performed a complex surgery to remove the knife from the patient’s stomach.
During the procedure, it was discovered that the knife had become lodged near the pancreas and the main artery, causing damage to the intestines.
Fortunately, the main artery remained intact, sparing the patient from a potentially life-threatening situation. The surgery posed challenges due to the knife’s length and shape.
Following the successful operation, the patient is currently receiving care in the surgery ward of the hospital. His condition is now stable after the surgery.
