Jaipur: The BJP has directed district presidents to ensure that the winning candidates collect victory certificates on time. The counting of votes will take place on December 3. It has also asked the district authorities to follow the party’s directions and share details of the victory processions of winning candidates.
“The poll agents at all counting centres have been appointed, and they have been trained to assist our candidates.The district presidents have been briefed on their role in the coming days, from counting votes to assisting the winning candidate in all possible manners,” said Onkar Singh Lakhawat, a member of the election management committee.
The party’s control room is actively working, taking feedback from the party workers. The party leaders have discussed the series of events that will unfold soon after the counting is over. TNN

Candidates were trained on legal rights and procedures, with a focus on preventing manipulation. Congress vice-president JP Dhanopia provided information on counting activities and guidelines. The candidates were also briefed on EVMs and the legal process. Chairman Mahendra Joshi urged candidates to be alert and cautious during the counting process.
