Kota: A 19-year-old girl from Madhya Pradesh preparing to crack the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) in a coaching institute in Kota hanged herself from a ceiling fan in her room in Jain Girls’ Community Hostel in Talwandi under Jawahar Nagar police station on Tuesday morning. Her body was handed over to the family members after a post-mortem on Wednesday.Police said the girl, identified as Rashi Jain, was reportedly suffering from some disease and was taking medicines but was not able to devote herself fully to studies and was depressed. The exact reason behind the suicide was yet to be ascertained. The girl was a resident of Sagar district in Madhya Pradesh.
