Jaipur: A Class 12 boy lost his life, and his friend sustained injuries when a loading rickshaw hit their scooter near the Civil Lines Metro Station on Ajmer Road on Sunday.
The police at the accident station (West) identified the deceased as Divyansh, a resident of Nirman Nagar area. His friend was admitted to hospital for medical treatment.
The police reported that the accident occurred when the two friends were en route to Central Park for a morning walk. “The rickshaw driver fled from the secne with his vehicle. We are examining CCTVs to track down the rickshaw and identify the driver,” said an officer. TNN
