Nagaur Woman Taken To Gurugram & Raped By 3 Persons, Fir Lodged | Jaipur News
According to police, the woman was kidnapped by Rohitash Swami, Kamli and Karan who took her to Gurugram in April. “She has stated that she was drugged and kept in a hotel and was raped by Rohitash and Karan. Police said she was given injections to keep her drowsy all the time and was asked to keep mum,” said a senior officer of Ladnun police station on Wednesday.
The girl is a native of a village under Sadar police station area of Churu and was staying with her maternal grandparents at a village under Ladnun police station. “The girl’s family had lodged a report and finally the girl lodged an FIR at Ladnun police station on September 29. On Tuesday, she complained of various health problems and was admitted to a hospital. It was found that she was pregnant and was given a pill to terminate her pregnancy. We have registered a case under appropriate sections of IPC and initiated investigations,” the officer added.
In the so far investigation, it was found that she had eloped with one of the accused with her own will and on September 27 when she was recovered, she had stated in a videographed statements that she had gone with one of the man with her own will. “Now they have lodged a case of kidnap and gangrape. We have desginated a deputy superintendent of police rank officer to look into the case and investigate. Based on the investigations the arrests would be made,” the officer added.
“Since the incident had taken place in April and at the time of recovery the woman had maintained that she had went along with one of the accused with her own will and did not mention about rape, the matter has to be investigated properly. Now she has accused three of kidnapping and rape,” the officer said.
