Hanumangarh: 65-year-old Woman Stabbed To Death By Second Husband In Hanumangarh | Jaipur News

Jaipur: A 65-year-old woman was stabbed to death by her 60-year-old second husband over a trivial family dispute in Khunja area under Hanumangarh junction police station in Hanumangarh city on Monday. The accused is on the run and police have registered a case of murder.
According to the police, the incident took place late Monday evening when the accused, Ishaq Ali, stabbed his wife Khaira Bano.

“He managed to flee from the scene. Hearing the screams of the woman, the neighbours came to the house. The woman was admitted to hospital where she succumbed during the early hours of Tuesday,” said an officer of Hanumangarh junction police station.
Police said that Ishaq was the second husband of the killed woman and according to the neighbours, they had fights almost on daily basis.
“In a few instances the neighbours intervened when the husband was seen beating up his wife,” the officer added. Police said that Khaira’s first husband died 15 years ago and later she married Ishaq Ali. “The woman is survived by two sons and a daughter. It is also known that for some time the woman was not living with her second husband and was living with her daughter,” the officer said.
“Our teams have raided several places, especially the houses of the relatives of Ishaq. They have been asked to give us information about Ishaq,” the officer added.
