Pay ₹20l To Kin Of Boy Who Was Electrocuted: Court To Jvvnl | Jaipur News

Jaipur: A lower court in Jaipur has ordered the Jaipur Vidut Vitaran Nigam Limited (JVVNL) to pay a compensation of about Rs 20 lakh including interest to the kin of a boy who died due to electrocution at Mahaveer Nagar, Jamdoli in Jaipur.
Akhil Sharma (13) while playing with friends outside his house in 2015 came in contact with a low-lying live electricity wire and suffered about 70 percent burn injuries. He was admitted to the hospital where he succumbed to injuries on March 3, 2015.
On March 10, 2016, his father Shivcharan Sharma filed a petition against the JVVNL in the additional district magistrate court No -IV seeking compensation.
