Acb Finds Pdfs Of Omr Sheets In Kesawat’s Whatsapp Chats | Jaipur News

Jaipur: To win the confidence of the complainant the accused Anil Kumar Dhirendra claimed that after getting their work done to clear the exam he will take him for a cup of tea with RPSC members. This was mentioned by the complainant when he had approached Anil and later his aides who initially demanded a bribe of Rs 25 lakh to get the OMR sheet changed for executive officer exam. ACB officers said that whatever has been maintained is to be corroborated with evidence.
A day after taking all the four accused including Gopal Kesawat, former chairman of Rajasthan’s De-notified Nomadic and Semi-nomadic Tribe Welfare Board, the ACB team on Monday found PDFs of recruitment exams’ OMR sheets on his WhatsApp chats. Sleuths are analysing bank details of the arrested accused and checking if they made money transactions with anyone at the RPSC. Further details awaited. TOI on Tuesday spoke to the senior authorities of the ACB and other officers investigating the case and interrogating the accused. Officers interrogating the accused stated that they will verify each and every facts which are mentioned in the FIR based on the complaint in this regard.
“We have got some WhatApp chats from the mobile phone of Kesawat in which he is clamming that he will fully help the candidate in clearing the exam. In one of the chat he is also indulged in sharing about the auction of RSRTC buses. All these chats would be verified through forensic report,” said a senior officer of ACB who is part of the investigation.
Also in the initial chat the accused Anil Kumar Dharendra asked the complainant to pay Rs 25 lakh to get the OMR sheet and after getting selected for the executive officer exam Anil will take the complainant to RPSC members for a cup of tea. “During this conversion over phone our deputy SP, Skar posed as uncle of the complainant. In conversion with this officer who was posing as uncle asked who will get the money? To this Anil Kumar Dharendra said it would be given to Sangeeta Arya, an RPSC member. This has come during the verification. But has the accused got any affiliation or acquaintance with RPSC members would be substantiated only through solid evidence. As of now no evidence is found,” the officer added.
On the names given by the complainant in the FIR, Hemant Priyadarshi, officiating Director General, ACB, said, “These things have to be corroborated with evidence. Until we get evidence these are seen as clams made by the accused to win confidence of complainant to urge him to pay money to the accused.”
