Lotus Bloom: Lotus Will Bloom As People Voted For Vision Of Pm Modi, Says Raje | Jaipur News

Jaipur: Former chief minister Vasundhara Raje on Saturday claimed that darkness will end, and lotus will bloom in Rajasthan as the people voted for the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In a statement released by Raje’s office after the voting was over, she said, “I have full confidence that in this election the people of the state have accepted the BJP’s leadership. They have rejected the leadership of Congress outright.”
She argued that people have rejected the guarantees of Congress which are nothing but false promises.
“People have believed in the promises made by the BJP. They are aware that BJP promises are meant to be fulfilled. People have taken revenge for the atrocities committed by the Gehlot government on all sections of society, including women, Dalits, farmers, unemployed and businessmen.”
“The results of the elections will be unexpected which will shock the Congress,” said Raje, who was the only contesting state leader to travel across the state campaigning for party candidates. Raje cast her vote at the polling booth in the housing board at Jhalawar with her grandson Vinayak Pratap Singh.
Union minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat claimed that the voting pattern has indicated that the BJP is set to return with a clean sweep while talking to the mediapersons in Jodhpur.
“People were aware that Gehlot was giving guarantees after guarantees at the cost of increasing the debt of the state. Gehlot has failed to serve the people with any guarantee, which is why people have voted them out of power,” said Shekhawat.
State BJP president C P Joshi, in a statement, said that the people of the state have voted with enthusiasm. “There was a Congress government in the state for the last five years. During this period, the people of the state bore the brunt of unemployment, paper leaks, corruption, women’s oppression, and inflation. In such a situation, the people have now voted with the intention of change,” said Joshi.
