Rajasthan paper leak case: Accused’s coaching institute demolished
The enforcement wing of JDA demolished Adhigam Coaching Institute at Gopalpura Bypass main road at 7:30am on Monday.
Officials from JDA said that last week, a notice was sent to the owners of the building and coaching operators — including Bhupendra Saran and Suresh Dhaka, the two key accused — informing them about the illegal constructions and giving them time till Sunday to submit their reply.
After the authorities did not get any replies, they went ahead with demolition on Monday, which has been illegally combined with two residential plots in an area of about 500 square yards, violating several building laws.
“On January 6, the landowner of the said building Anil Agarwal and “Adhigam” coaching operators Bhupendra Saran, Suresh Dhaka, Dharmendra Chaudhary and Chhotu Lal Jat were booked under section 32 for illegal construction of the commercial building and illegal commercial activities in it. Notices of JDA Act and Section 72 JDA Act notices were issued to the landowner of the building for illegal encroachment and illegal construction in the road limits,” said a senior JDA official on Monday.
