Tests pose ordeals for patients at super-speciality block of SMS
Patients at the super-specialty block of SMS Hospital in Jaipur face difficulties as they have to cross the busy Tonk Road to access tests and services at the main hospital building. Many patients find it challenging and time-consuming to navigate the distance, particularly for those undergoing surgeries that require multiple tests. Some tests, such as HIV testing, are not available at the super-specialty block, leading to inconvenience for patients and their attendants. The hospital should consider improving facilities and accessibility for a smoother patient experience.
